The 18,000 seat sports and entertainment venue will be home to the NBA Nets franchise and is the feature component of the 8 million square foot Frank Gehry-master plan for the Atlantic Yards redevelopment project. The development’s centerpiece will be 6,430 units of mixed-income housing of which 2,250 units will be affordable to low & middle-income New Yorkers. Other notable components of the development are 8-Acres of public open space, transit & infrastructure improvements and retail.
